Gaya Ceramic Arts Center Workshop Registration Procedure and Cancellation Policy
Please contact us directly to register your interest and make your 50% down-payment to reserve your placement in the workshop of your choosing. We will issue a proforma invoice upon your request on joining the workshop.
The balance of the workshop is due no less than four weeks prior to workshop start date.
PAYMENT is to be made via bank transfer ONLY. Upon emailing us with your registration, we will provide you with all necessary details for the completion of this simple payment transaction.
Our deposit and cancellation policies aim to protect all participants involved as well as the commitment of Gaya Ceramic Arts Center as they make the considerable investment of time and energy necessary for the preparation of each workshop.
Gaya CAC reserves the right to cancel a workshop as a result of insufficient participation registration four weeks prior to the commencement of the workshop in question, at which point any registrant deposit will be refunded in full. However, GCAC will always make maximum effort to ensure that every workshop is able to run, and will inform all participants as soon as possible when the workshop is a sure go-ahead, or about any changes to workshop program dates
Gaya Ceramic Arts Center cannot be responsible for procurement or losses incurred on travel arrangements. **Please bear this in mind when booking flights, etc.
REFUNDS: Individual participant cancellation will be refunded 100% if cancelled up to 6 weeks prior to the start of the workshop. 50% of full tuition will be refunded if cancelled up to four weeks prior to the beginning of the workshop and 20% if cancelled two weeks prior to a workshop start date. Any cancellation by a participant after this period will not qualify for a refund of their tuition payment.
