INTERNATIONAL WORKSHOPS

REGISTRATION, CANCELLATIONS, AND REFUNDS


Please make note of the following:

  • 50% tuition deposit is required for registration.

  • Tuition balance is due no later than 30 days prior to workshop start date (insert a business date closest to this for each workshop).

  • International bank transfers often take around 3 days to arrive into our account, so please plan payment accordingly to arrive before or by its due date.

  • Full refund or transfer to another workshop if canceled prior to 45 days ahead of workshop start date (insert business day date)

  • 50% refund if canceled prior to 30 days ahead of workshop start date (insert business day date)

  • No refund for cancellation within 30 days of start date (insert business day date) 

Please register early! Registration is ongoing, on a space-available basis. Students who wait to register may not be able to secure a spot in their preferred workshop. Some workshops may fill up, while others may be canceled due to low enrollment. Early registration also enables Gaya CAC to plan more appropriately, especially with respect to instructor travel and housing.

Occasionally, Gaya CAC must cancel a workshop due to low enrollment, instructor illness or other unforeseen circumstances. We will notify you if a workshop for which you have registered has been canceled. Notification of cancellation will normally occur one month prior to the beginning of the workshop but, in rare cases, it may be less. You may then enroll in another workshop (based on availability) or receive a full refund. Gaya CAC is not responsible for  lodging, travel, or other arrangement losses incurred as a result of a workshop cancellation.
